This privacy policy is made available to data subjects on the website serranova.es, permanently and accessible from every page, and in the contact form itself at the moment the data is collected.
3. What personal data do we process?
We process only the data you give us voluntarily through the website’s contact form or by writing to us by email:
- First name and surname.
- Company or organisation.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Profile (distributor/wholesaler, retail, investor, technical information or other).
- Country.
- The content of the message you send us.
If you allow analytics cookies, we also process browsing data (pages viewed, time on site, source of the visit, device and browser type, country and a cookie identifier), always in aggregate form and with the IP address anonymised. This data is not cross-referenced with the data you give us in the form.
We do not collect special categories of data, we do not carry out profiling and we do not take automated decisions. This website is aimed at professionals and is not intended for minors.
4. How do we process the data?
We process your data for a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if commercial interest arises from it, to manage the relationship with your company (product information, supply terms, quotations and commercial follow-up).
For browsing data, if you allow it, the purpose is different and more limited: to measure use of the website in order to know which content is of interest and to fix what does not work. It is not used to identify you or to target advertising at you.
We do not use your data to send you commercial communications unrelated to the subject of your enquiry without your consent, and we do not disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes.
5. What is the lawful basis for the processing?
The lawful basis for the processing is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form. If a commercial relationship arises from the enquiry, the subsequent processing is based on the performance of that relationship (article 6.1.b) and on compliance with the legal obligations that apply to us (article 6.1.c).
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@serranova.es, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
6. How do we handle electronic communications?
Replies to your enquiry are sent to the email address or phone number you have given us. Any commercial communication you may receive will offer you a simple, free means of objecting to receiving further communications.
7. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as is necessary to answer your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship begins, for as long as it lasts. Once it ends, the data will be kept blocked for the limitation periods required by law and will then be deleted.
8. Will your data be disclosed to third parties?
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. The following do act as data processors, being the suppliers needed for the website and the email to work, with whom the corresponding processing agreement is in place:
- Web hosting and email provider: Dinahosting, S.L. (Spain). The servers are located in the European Union.

The data processing addendum has been signed with Google, the IP is anonymised by design and the data is not shared with other Google services. The detail of each cookie is set out in the cookie policy.
Beyond the above, this website uses no advertising tools and shares no data with social networks.
9. What are your rights?

- Right of access: to know whether we process your personal data and, if so, to obtain a copy of it.
- Right to rectification: to ask that inaccurate data be corrected or incomplete data completed.
- Right to erasure: to ask that your data be deleted when, among other grounds, it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
